Leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider focused on delivering complete design, engineering and manufacturing services to automotive, computing, consumer digital, industrial, infrastructure, medical and mobile Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)s has opening for a Area Director in the Washington, DC area

Purpose:
The Area Director will manage retail wireless accounts, direct all customer service and operations.

Principle Accountabilities:

•Responsible for management of retail customer service operations and leadership for Retail Technical Services.
•Plans, directs, and manages Retail Technical Service activities to ensure conformity with established maintenance programs in order to achieve company¡¦s product objectives and customer satisfaction.
•Manages the recruiting, staffing, training and development, performance management and team communications.
•Manages the budget with responsibility for P&L.
•Identifies new business opportunities within the contract. Negotiates and contracts with consultants and vendors for services and products.
•Extensive client interaction and account management. Responsible for managing client relationship within Regions.
•Interfaces with other Retail Technical Service managers, customers, and/or vendors in order to assist in resolving major issues or problems.
•Responsible for account management reports to customer
Job Requirements:

•Bachelors Degree (or equivalent service center4 operations and/or regional retail experience),

•3+ years of management experience in a multi-site retail environment in the wireless industry.

•Extensive knowledge of client-vendor relationship management.

•Ability to lead organization in providing premier-level customer service.

•Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical, financial and legal reports.

•Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers or external communities.

•Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups and customers.

•Impacts the team direction and operational success of the function.

•Executes and provides input to functional plans and objectives for the site.

•Demonstrates skills in teaching, leading and mentoring while supporting strategic direction for the function.
